Presentation :
Le château de TOURENS is made from grapes selected from the finest plots in our AOC Minervois terroir in Tourouzelle and Castelnau. An intensely colored wine with black tints. Richly aromatic with spicy, slightly vanilla, wood notes. Robust flavor with concentrated but well rounded, flavorful tannins. Serve at 18°.
Grape varieties :
Syrah 80%, Grenache 20%.
Vinification :
Grapes are vinified separately. Fermentation and maceration last 30 days with daily "délestage" during the first five days of putting into tanks. Three months after pressing the wines are aged under oak for twelve months. Bottling takes place a minimum of eighteen months after harvesting of grapes.

Presentation :
Produced in the Tourouzelle terroir, château de TOURENS is a beautiful shade of garnet with mauve tints. Supple aromas of raspberry and strawberry. The full bodied flavor persists with a violet, ripe fruit finish. Harmonious, this wine goes especially well with rich meat dishes.
Serve at 17-18°C.
Grape varieties :
Syrah 60%, Grenacahe 20%, Carignan 20 %.
Vinification :
Grapes are vinified separately. Fermentation lasts five days at 28° with daily "delestage" vatting for ten days at 17°C.

Presentation :
Produced in Tourouzelle, this well structured wine has delicate, elegant red fruit aromas. The high proportion of grenache gives it silky aromas. Excellent with grilled meats.
Grape varieties :
Syrah 30 %, Grenache 40 %, Carignan 20 %, Mourvédre 10 %.
Vinification :
Vatted for six days at 28C, maceration for five days at 18°C. Daily délestage, moderate oxygenation, and stored in tanks for four months. |
