Grenache The Grenache is well adapted to low rainfall and its upright stock helps it to bear up against the violent winds such as the Mistral. A slow ripening grape, the Grenache is also a prolific producer. It is an intense, deep, purple and is appreciated for its aromas of bayleaf, eucalyptus, blackberry and licorice.

Carignan The oldest grape variety in the region, the Carignan is widely cultivated in the Languedoc and supports the heat and wind very well. The Carignan produces a deep red wine and bayleaf and rosemary aromas. |

Cinsault
